Baboon Walk

Today I went on a baboon walk with Chloe and Abu, the smallest baboons. We took them out into the bush and let them run, play, and climb trees. Little Abu is so sweet and loves to be held. Chloe likes to jump on my shoulders and get a ride then when she wants to get down she uses my hair as a tree branch and pulls it to the ground. They had fun chasing each other. Every once and a while they would run up and ask for water and drink it like little babies. It really does seem like little humans instead of baboons. I'm so thankful my laundry was in the volunteer room because both of them took turns sitting on my shoulder and peering down my back. Overall it was a lot of fun. I am still more of a big cat person but the baboons are really sweet.
